Come to Antiparos to join Daniela & Glikería, two passionate Jivamukti Yoga teachers with many years of experience in a unique and transformative yoga experience.

The retreat will include daily morning and evening yoga classes – welcoming all levels of experience.

No matter if you are a fresh beginner or experienced practitioner, everyone will be supported with individual (hands-on) assists to foster physical and spiritual growth.

All classes encompass a well-rounded practice with pranayama, meditation, philosophy and chanting. Morning classes will be vigorous, dynamic and vinyasa style. Evening classes will be either workshop style or restorative sessions, closing with Kirtan.

First class starts Mon, Sept. 9, 5:00 PM
Last class ends Sat, Sept. 14, 11:30 AM

Please bring your own mats, all other props will be provided onsite.

8:00 AM – Meditation & Pranayama
9:00 AM – Extended Jivamukti Yoga Asana Practice
11:00 AM – Brunch / Breakfast (optional)
Free time for introspection or island activities
5:30 PM – Workshop / Restorative / Satsang / Kirtan
7:30 PM – Dinner
