Connect to your mind, body and soul with a yoga class from our beautiful Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Melina. Melina’s intention is to hold a safe, nurturing and caring space that allows people to heal and energetically connect to themselves on a deep level. Melina provides styles of yoga ranging from a strong, dynamic vinyasa flow to a gentle hatha based class. Flow through different sequences of poses while Melina weaves in some beautiful yogic philosophy into the space. She will guide you through the proper alignment for your poses, while making sure you have set a positive intention for the class. You will leave the class feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated. The classes take place at the yoga deck of Kouros Village with beautiful view of the sea.
