A 5 day yoga retreat on Antiparos Island, filled with 10 yoga sessions with view of the Aegean sea, crystal clear waters to swim in, great food and a large portion of Greek hospitality, hosted by Ina Kinkel at Kouros Village Antiparos.

Antiparos impresses with its picturesque old town with snow-white Cycladic-style houses, its relaxed atmosphere and one of the largest stalactite caves in Europe.

Meet the instructor * Ina Kinkel

Hi my name is Ina. Yoga has been a part of my life for two decades now. My teaching path began around 13 years ago with a kids yoga teacher training and kids classes in Berlin. Ever since my love for teaching yoga has grown and so a 200h Yoga Alliance teacher training in Thailand in 2012, a 75h prenatal trainining on Bali in 2014 and a 200h Yin &Vinyasa, a 50h Aerial as well as a 25h SUP Yoga training on Bali in 2018 followed.

Over the years yoga has been different things to me, from simply a sport to a powerful tool to connect body and mind. Therefore my classes are very accessible and light hearted, taking myself not too serious and always up for a good laugh.

In 2019 I opened my own yoga studio Every Damn Day Yoga in Berlin where I am currently teaching.

With my other project Yogagogik I give Kids Yoga Teacher Trainings in German and English.

I also host different yoga retreats in Germany and now also on Antiparos, Greece.

Between the yoga classes, you have time to explore the island, swim in the sea, visit the stalactite cave, or take a short trip to Paros. In Paros, I recommend the beautiful small harbor town of Naoussa.
