Join Senior Jivamukti yoga teacher Kari Zabel for a joyful but relaxing Antiparos yoga retreat in the beautiful island of Greece from September 26th to October 1st.

Kari’s yoga classes are taught in the Jivamukti (Vinyasa) style, infusing music, meditation, yoga philosophy and tons of hands-on assists. She will also break down postures and sequences in workshop-style depending on students needs. Expect some rigorous asana, some deeply relaxing stretchy work and lots of laughter. 🙂

We will enjoy morning and evening yoga in a covered outdoor spot with incredible sea views. Breakfast at the award winning hotel restaurant will follow. The rest of the day you can laze on the beach, go for a hike or an adventure on the small island.

Yoga classes will be held daily between 8am and 9.30am and 4.30pm to 6pm. The first class will be on Tuesday at 4:30pm and the last class will end by 9:30 am for those who take the 10:45 ferry.

Cost :475e for 5 night for single junior suite / 375e for for shared room and daily breakfast PLUS 370e workshop fee.

Meet the Instructor * Kari Zabel

Kari has been teaching yoga since 2004 and moved from the U.S. to Germany to serve as Advanced Faculty at the Jivamukti Yoga Centers in Munich. In addition to teaching public classes and mentoring new teachers, she is also an Ayurvedic educator and Nutritional Therapist passionate about helping students carve their own paths towards wellness and happiness. She teaches retreats all over the world and comes back to Greece every damn year for the sun, food and glorious people she meets each and every year.
