Your instructor

Sofia is a 500hr certified Yoga & Psychology Instructor (since 2017). She guides your body to progressively open up and find comfort, depth & flexibility. Her practice is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners.

It is through the body that the spirit ma

nifests into the world. For that reason, Sofia infuses Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga elements to create an immediate connection with your Higher Self. During each retreat she masterfully takes her guests on spiritual journeys of deep healing and inner transformation.

Sound bath facilitator

Nikolaos Unalome is a Spiritual healer, Sound Vibrational Alchemist and Soul Mentor.

His spiritual exploration is based on the world of sound and vibrations. He performs sound healing concerts which

seek to bring a transcendental experience to the listeners, beyond any acoustic idea or musical style.

Being one of the few performers of the Bilas flat bells in the world, he explores its fusion with other instruments creating hypnotic melodies and sound ripples that expand the boundaries of the known and of the unknown.
